LOVED: It is learning and accepting that we are LOVED by a gracious, omnipotent God. Confidence in who we are spurs us on in confident work for God. You are not a stranger in this world; you are a child of God.
INSPIRED: It is finding INSPIRATION in His word for our daily life and work. We all have burdens and obstacles, yet we persevere and move forward. Instead of dwelling on the difficulties, look upon them as a learning opportunity and a challenge. They are a means to hone your skills in survival and success, all the while seeking strength in God.
GIFTED: It is using His GIFTS for the purpose for which they were given. Don’t doubt your gift; don’t hide it. You are meant to USE your Gifts. God has a plan and a purpose for you, and He has equipped you to use those gifts for that purpose. As a writer… You have found your purpose. You are to communicate the heart of God to the world. Since each of us is unique, we communicate in our own ways. That in itself is a gift.
HOPEFUL: It is walking in HOPE and trust for everyday needs, empowered by the Holy Spirit so that we can declare freedom over hardship and difficulty, with hope in a fantastic, eternal future. As followers of Christ, we all can look forward to an eternal future. The problems of today are transient, as is this world. Yet, we are called to live in the world and shine the light for an eternal future, giving hope for today.
TRANSFORMED: And it is being TRANSFORMED into the image of Christ, to be the person God created us to be, walking in our divine purpose and serving Him to expand His Kingdom, in the here and now. The world had changed us to reflect its nature. However, through Christ, we shed all the trappings of the world and become the person God created us to be. Through His Word, we are transformed. It is a daily process, one that is only completed when we stand before Jesus, our Savior and Lord, in Heaven. As a transformed person, one of your purposes is to shine the LIGHT of Christ, the LIGHT of truth, into a world in darkness.
